Today is Mike's 39th birthday. The day's festivities will include: homemade birthday cards/art from the kids, cake baked and frosted by the kids and I, a dinner of steak, salad, baked sweet potatoes, and bread, and a little date-night for us after the kids go to bed (read: some cold beers and an episode of Chopped). Don't feel sad for us, we like it! But seriously, we are having our babysitter come sit for us on Sunday night, so we'll get a night out then.
