Morning at the Coast

We dropped Merrit off at school this morning and since it was such a beautiful morning, Ollie and I went for a walk on the beach.

Looks balmy, but we both have lightweight jackets on and the water is COLD!

I sat on the sand and read my book for a while and Ollie stared into the surf
and chased seagulls. We were both in "the zone."

As you look southward down the coast, this is the view.
